We've recently upgraded the DBA Workshop, located at the rear of the Shotwell Compound in the Mission District of San Francisco. As well as providing support for architectural design projects, it's given us the capability to prototype our furniture ideas directly.

Hotel Healdsburg Prototype

We are designing a refresh for rooms at Hotel Healdsburg, our first hotel in Healdsburg, which we originally worked on more than 10 years ago.

These pieces are going in a prototype room to test before we roll out the remaining 55. The wood is California Bay Laurel from Evan Shively at Arborica in Sebastopol.

We designed and fabricated this 12 foot high by 7 foot wide sliding door for the H2 Hotel meeting room. It's made from urban harvest California elm. Barrett Karber did a great job on this complex project.
