Northwestern view across 25th Street.

This development contains 18 live+work lofts averaging 1,600 sf on three floors. The design makes use of shifts introduced at various scales: in sitting, to avoid a static relationship between the buildings; in plan, to break up each unit's 80'-long volume; in elevation, to orient to specific views. Unit entries are through an open court in the center of the project. This court also provides cross ventilation and additional natural light to the lofts. The lofts fronting indiana street feature direct street access through 8' x 14' doors. There is 1:1 enclosed parking.

A closer view provides a glimpse into the central courtyard.
