This mid-rise luxury residential condominium is located in Oakland's Jack London Square district. The compact unit designs provide an unusually high density for this urban mixed-use building. Parking is stacked at offset levels and embedded to allow a higher first floor with adequate area for active uses at the pedestrian edge of the building. These include a corner retail space, four work+live units, and a landscaped entry courtyard.
