The public coutyard provides Feng Shui compliance.

An innovative mixed-use public-private partnership combines two separate uses: 96 very low- and extremely low-income senior housing units, and a brand new 16,000 square foot community center that provides services to the community and senior residents. The project replaced a municipal maintenance yard and small, outdated community building.

many of the residents are from the Philipines and ride bicycles around the city, even though they are seniors.
