Time lapse construction videos are available on line at http://dbooth.net/movies.cfm.

Workers are busy over at 888 7th Street putting one of DB+P's ambitious residential projects on the map. Adobe employee Donald Booth has been documenting the project since the demolition of the warehouse that previously stood on the site. A camera on the roof of his office across the street takes a digital photo of the construction every minute from about sunrise to 4 p.m. each weekday, which he then assembles into short videos. This design, located in the Showplace Square district of San Francisco, is a new mixed-use development of retail space and 224 dwelling units, a mixture of 170 affordable and 54 market-rate-ownership units.

Construction along 7th street.

A segment of the Mission Creek Greenbelt and Bikeway is located on the site. This newly created half-acre of public open space will serve as a neighborhood amenity and provide pedestrian and bicycle access, connecting the Mission District to Mission Bay and downtown.
