The Dr. George Davis Senior Building will feature 121 one- and two-bedroom affordable rental apartments for seniors. The building and its neighborhood-serving senior community center round out a quartet of buildings creating a diverse urban community along San Francisco's rapidly developing Third Street Corridor. Integrating senior housing into a mixed-use micro-neighborhood adds a multi-generational aspect and prevents seniors from living in isolation.

The five-story apartment building will house common areas and property management offices as well as sitting, dining, and exercise rooms. Above, informal lounges and laundry areas will dot the residential floors.

The at-grade senior center will provide senior services, two conference rooms, a kitchen, lounges, and staff offices.
