Zero Cottage is an ambitious project of David Baker + Partners, Architects to create the first Net Zero Energy, LEED Platinum, Green Point Rated, Living Building Challenge Certified, PassivHaus Certified Residence in San Francisco. Starting in January 2010 we will chronicle the cottage's process from conception to finished product.
